Combination of the autologous breast reconstruction with a lymph node transfer

The combination of this lymph node flap with the DIEAP (Deep Inferior Epigastric Artery Perforator) or SIEA (Superficial Inferior Epigastic Artery) Flap the treatment of the arm lymphedema and the simultaneous breast reconstruction. The lymph nodes flap of the groin can be incorporated into the flap. The microsurgical anastomosis of the flap are made to the internal mammary vessels. Furthermore we perform a second microsurgical anastomosis for the lymph nodes to the thoracodorsal system.
